I have been purchasing poultry bi-weekly from this vendor for over a year. Months ago, my chicken drumstick purchase included two broken drumsticks. I had to throw them out as they were badly broken and I did not feel safe to eat. The next time I went to the shop, I told the older woman and she said “Oh”. No apology or offer to replace. I asked her to make sure I didn’t get broken pieces and my chicken was fine.

If you’re planning a party, this place is the bomb . I ordered for a big crowd (80+) I was hosting in my backyard. Placed my order a couple weeks ahead. Ordered pulled chicken, pulled pork, rotisserie chicken drumsticks and thighs, mac and cheese, and bbq carrots.

Had lunch here on Friday 12 October 2018. The lunch special was one quarter chicken plus two sides. Great value and it was delicious. I would eat here again if I’m in the area.

The fried chicken was undercooked and the Mac & cheese is more like Mac & yellow water. The potato filling was really good though, so I’d recommend that. Not much else.
