Food was good. Service was amazing. Jessica was attentive and sweet. She helped me read the menu after my eye doctors appointment today. We tried the butterfly shrimp and the popcorn shrimp. My favorite was the fried green tomatoes. 10/10 recommend.

We ate there last night and the food was great, the service even better. The ladies constantly checked on us to see if we needed anything and made us feel like friends. My husband had the country fried steak and said it was really good I had the hamburger steak and the portion size was more than I could eat. The vegetables were like my grandmother made. We’re new to the area and I’m sure this will be a place we go often. Can’t wait to try the buffet.

Don’t judge by the unassuming curb appeal—this is a Center staple! Really friendly staff. Salad bar is huge, totally worth it! Sunday lunch is where it’s at: chicken dressing and 3 sides is excellent. They serve beer and wine too which is a big plus.

We’ve heard about the fishing hole for a while and decided to try today. We tried the meat & 3. It was average. Meat loaf was really good. Black eye peas were undercooked but at least they weren’t canned. Portions looked small but we were stuffed when finished. Got the bill and decided the value was not worth a repeat. Service was average too. Had to ask for everything we needed – ice, refills, butter,… Gave them 4 stars because it appears they are trying to have a good place.
