This is my go to. Great food. Helped me lose a lot of weight. And the staff is amazing. The owner is always there and runs a very consistent and professional business. I don’t even leave reviews. But I just had to go leave one because of the outstanding service and people. 5 stars out of 5 stars.

I’m absolutely blown away with the amount of meat on my meals from this place. Twice the meat as their competitors. Finally someone actually gives you a fair product for the money. I’m hooked! What I like is the food is of high quality and the chicken is not full of marinade. As long as things don’t change I’m a customer for life- good job fit blendz.

SO glad to have Fitblendz and their amazing owners located near my residence in Denham Springs. The service and food is always above par. They also continue to grow and adapt what they offer based on the customer’s needs/want. For example, they now offer some of Alani Nu’s awesome products. So I can get an amazing meal at anytime in the day, and add my favorite energy drink or snack to my order as well. Thank you for all you continue to do!
