I was in town for a couple of weeks. Instead of eating out everyday, I decided to order several lunches from Fit Life Meal Prep and I’m so glad I did! The meals are delicious and super fresh. The location was quick and convenient to pickup my meals. I would definitely recommend this company!

My wife and I have been using Fitlife religiously for well over a year. We used to meal prep ourselves and after a couple weeks of using Fitlife we realized the food tasted better. New foods every week. I can’t even buy the quality of meat that they use. I have NEVER had a bad meal. Lili and her team really care about the quality of food they feed their clients. Every meal also has a label with the calories, protein, carbohydrate and fat content for you macro counters.

We’ve been eating Fit Life consistently since January and could not be happier! Unlike a lot of other prep companies, The menu is updated weekly and we have not been sick of anything yet. The food is always AMAZING and it’s helped us stay on track with our goals while living a busy life style. Fit Life is family owned and they are the nicest people. Cant say enough great things about Fit Life! I had to live in Ogden for 2 months for work. Anyone who has had to live out of a hotel knows the struggle of trying to eat healthy without a proper kitchen. The meals were delicious with great variety for a great price!
