The food is really good. Currently eating the shrimp diavolo and its great. As a pescatarian/vegetarian, I feel there are enough options for me. Everyone is very friendly in the store, and they are always willing to help. Smiles are always large! They’re always asking “how can I help you?”

If you’re looking for easy, tasty, macro-friendly meal prep options, this it. I love being able to just walk-in pick up breakfast, lunch, or dinner options for a few days. Staff is always friendly and available to answer any questions. They also have a recycle program, where if you bring in your empty containers you can earn discounts off future purchases. They also have a delivery service available for those not interested in going to the kitchen.

Wow, what an experience! Spoke with Erika today. She was such a great help with all my nutritional needs. She hooked me up with a Bioimpedance Analysis and got lean body mass and fat mass. Helped break those numbers down and guide me to a fitting meal plan for the week. Overall Great experience and Delicious food, Will definitely be back for seconds!

Seriously love this place! The foods taste great and are healthy, some are compatible with those they need gluten free… organic, natural and good portions too! The staff is always friendly and though I’ve been going there awhile, well still ask me “if there’s anything you need, or if you have questions, just let me know” yet, they knew me by name. Make sure you take advantage of their bulk meal points plan (sorry, can’t enthralled what the name of is called) but it’ll save you money and also their container recycling program, yes, they are eco-friendly!

I don’t do reviews often but felt I had to for this place. It is very well organized and a good selection of items to choose from. The woman that helped me ( I belive her name was erica) was very informative and helpful. Had my first meal when I got home for dinner. I got med sizes and it was plenty for me. Tasted very good as well. Great experience, great food. I will be back.

I was very impressed with the service received and the patients shown toward me as a first time buyer. I had a lot of questions and the young African American man was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. I would recommend the food and this location in particular. If you are looking for a tasty and hardy breakfast…. I would suggest the Andrew scrabbling. It’s my favorite.
