Yeah so I know this is halal and all… and that is nice. But in terms of the food- I could not finish it. The pizza, wings, gyro sandwich. Everything tasted terrible. I was hoping it’d be a cozy late night go to but it’s absolutely not. Really wanted to like it too and I hate wasting food but it went in the trash.

I really wanted this to be a great pizza place! As a native NY’er pizza is life. Authentic east coast pizza is like nothing else. This place can’t even compare when their dough is premade like the boboli supermarket bought crust. I hope they try again and make fresh dough pizza. Still holding out for the best NY slice in illinois. Uncle Luigi’s was the best but they closed. Second is Jimmy’s pizza cafe in ravenswood. Can the owner and chef try them out and copy it so I can have great pizza closer to home? Love that they’re open late ❤️

Listen up people! If you’re ever in the downtown Des Plaines area and you’re looking for a good slice of pizza somewhere or some burgers with a side of fries and more, come to this place and stop looking everywhere else. Customer service always came first to these guys and their food in the area is second to none. They can make literally anything spicy and it’s an explosion of flavor. This isn’t just your normal pizza and burger joint.

Went here for the first time the other day with my friend. The pizza was absolutely delicious but the boneless wings were out of this world. The wings were hand-sliced and breaded, and coated in home made sauce. I’ve never had boneless wings as good as these. Definitely gonna be my go-to spot from now on.

Came here at opening on the Monday after Superbowl weekend without realizing. I can imagine the chef, Shafi, would have hoped for a break, but he was super welcoming and gracious. It was just me and my two young kids and we ordered fries and a pepperoni pizza, which is a rare treat for us because we keep fairly strictly halal. The fries were fresh and delicious wedges and the pizza was excellent – perfect NY style pizza that could folded and eaten mess-free. Shafi was really nice to my well-intentioned but loud kids, which wins big points with me. Since the small part of the menu that we sampled was so good, we absolutely intend to come back and try some wings, burgers, and other pizzas.

Absolute hidden gem! The pepperoni pizza was great! New York style pizza with a hint of classic Chicago tavern style mixed together. I’ve also had the Philly cheese, and Gyro burger. Both were equally delicious. You can really taste how fresh the ingredients are. The owners take real pride in what comes out of the kitchen and what is being served, and it sure does show. Definitely looking forward to being hungry again just so I can try the rest of the menu. If you are hungry this place is definitely worth a shot, you won’t be disappointed!

One of the best pizza I ever ate, just picked up half cheese half veggie pizza and both were amazing, the owner and son are every friendly. I would definitely order from there very soon.
