Make certain the cashier reads back your order. Workers don’t care to be helpful in fixing the mistake, just make a show of moving a paper down the line with the remake written down on it, but when asked about it, point to a burger that was sitting there for 15 minutes getting cold “oh your remake is right here” half hearted attempt at offering a free fry or shake, in the end just went to another chain and got 5 star service compared to here. Tables were filthy, so expect to have to wipe down before eating.

I went to five guys to have a quick meal, after waiting for 15 minutes, I was excited to enjoy the Bacon Cheese burger. The Burger was terrible and the fries were alot but very limp. I hope Five guys does not refer to the amount of stars, no way

I had such a bad experience there last night . We walked in to a bunch of workers just talking hanging out very loud . The food took quite awhile to come out since there were just chatting . We were sitting there eating the very dry burger. When a employee came and sat down to eat her dinner on break . Another employee came over to talk to her. I heard the older girl bullying the young girl having her dinner . Saying she put something in her food . And was laughing that she was still eating . Everyone working knew what was going on but noone stopped it . The older girl then started again from behind the counter yelling across the restaurant to the young girl . I yelled out that bullying and the girl did stop and the young girl handle her self so well but this behavior should never happen in a work place . I will be calling this in today .

I’m a vegetarian so they don’t have a lot of food that they can eat but I really like their vegetarian sandwich and their french fries are really good and they have really excellent sweet green tea which is really good

The food is great, but unfortunately the management is severely lacking. I had received a comp card because they didn’t have my shake on my online order and when I tried to redeem it, it wasn’t activated. The crew got in contact with their General Manager in which I was then on the phone with and she indirectly accused me of stealing the card and asked for my phone number to further contact me about the card. She was extremely rude and quickly blamed me; saying her managers told her that none of them gave out a comp card. I’m extremely upset. When the crew members apologize, I actually felt like they more deserved the apology. I could never work for a manager who handles things the way that this general manager handled the situation today. I don’t think I’ll be going back. Never had a conversation with such a rude person nor have I ever indirectly been called a liar by a manager as high up as this lady was. All in all, that ruined the experience and the food just isn’t worth it.

Been to a number of Five Guys locations and have always enjoyed the food. One issue that’s been consistent at all locations is the French fries are never very crisp, even when asking for them to be cooked extra. However, this location did produce beautifully crispy, golden brown fries! The order was taking a little longer than usual given that it wasn’t very busy, and I suspected it was due to the fries, and lo and behold it was. They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside – perfect. The burgers as always were great, but the fries were the star this time.

Natasha the manager and the other employees were excellent . But Natasha was extremely awesome . She absolutely followed protocol when it came to keeping things sanitary . Burgers were great !
