When I got home I found they gave me a wrong burger. I had to come back and they didn’t apologize and just said “I will give you a refund and make another one ok?” I have been here so many times and this is first time I feel one of the staffs was so rude, unprofessional and not trained well.

I’ve been to a few different Five Guys and this one is not worth the price. They seem to be focusing more on quantity vs quality. People expect to wait for good burgers and fries, not to get their order super fast and have mediocre, at best, food.

This location has plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor space for enjoying your meal, and does not skimp on portions! At other locations when you purchase large fries they fill the cup and that’s it. However in true Five Guys fashion, you get the cup and then the bag is filled so you can’t see the bottom of the bag. If you have a craving for a burger, fries, and a milkshake look no further.

Came here August 3 around 5pm, got a burger fries and a drink and got food poisoning, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, fever, the chills, muscles cramps, nausea, had all the food poisoning symptoms, today is the 8th of August and I’m still hurting in bed, the store was being ran by 3 14year olds, I didn’t see any manager assistant manager supervisor or nothing,never coming back

If I am ever in a mood for a really good quick burger I always come here to satisfy that need. The plus side is the fries are always fresh and their milkshakes are the best around. I personally like grabbing a bottle of Malt vinegar and drown the fries with it. So so good, enjoy!
