Never been to Five Guys much before. Needed a little something to eat and it was the only fast food close. Got a small cheeseburger and water for almost $10. That’s a little pricey but it was good for a fairly plain cheeseburger. We also had a few free peanuts while we waited.

everyone was really nice but when I went to eat my burger with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun, I noticed nearly all of the lettuce I received was spotted and still had the bad end pieces. I sadly had to take the majority of the lettuce wrap off because it looked and tasted bad.

Five guys is a chain so you generally know what to expect, however this location is the slowest of all I’ve been to and the burgers were thin and overcooked. Could have been Whoever was cooking that day, but having been to several five guys,I know this a location I’ll be avoiding just on case the same cook is working that day.

This place is supposed close at 10 pm. We were inside by 9:45 pm. We were kept waiting until way after 10 and then one of the staff came over to the counter to say, “we are closed for the night…I don’t know how you got in…our doors have been closed for over 40 minutes…we cannot serve you”.

Service, AMAZING. Food would be AMAZING, however, so darn cold to enjoy. Four of us FREEZING! A little tip, set the temp for customers, not staff. Other than that, so yummy.

Very bad customer service! This place should be open until 10pm. However, it often closes at 9pm while they still take orders online. It’s awkward to come to pick up your pre-paid order just to see CLOSED sign on its door! The management team needs to be trained properly!

Let’s start at the beginning: when ordering, I had to repeat my order three times even though I was speaking very clearly, loudly and slowly. I ordered a little cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mustard. Finally my order gets placed correctly. Next, I wait. Looks like it’s going to be a long wait, because there are at least 20 people waiting in front of me for their orders. 30 minutes (yes 30) pass and very little people have been called for their order who are waiting. At this point I’m considering cancelling my order and getting a refund. The employees are yelling at each other, and one of the employees is almost in tears. It is not a very pleasant wait. Suddenly, out of the blue my order gets called, surprisingly ahead of many of the others who had been waiting longer than me. I felt bad for the other customers as I squeezed past them, verified that it was my order they called, grabbed my order and headed home. When I got home I was very disappointed to discover that I received a plain cheeseburger with absolutely no toppings. What a waste of time and money. I will not be returning until this place receives new management, which it clearly needs.
