I went in for dinner because I was starving and one of the managers was sitting down eating..he got up to help me and I apologized for interrupting his dinner and theb yelled “it’s okay my manager sucks” looking back at the other manager..extremely unprofessional and rude to all extent. I saw the frustration in her eyes but she remained calm and helped me. I didn’t hear the other small comments he made to her after but I could see the were making the female manager very upset and frustrated. Again that same male manager yelled to the back and asked “you having fun?” To one of the cooks in the back. He looked like he was very angry and content with his power as a manager which was very disgusting to see. He does not deserve a job anywhere in management and as I left when grabbing my food, the female manager he verbally abused looked very sad but still tried to smile and say have a good day. I smiled and said “thank you, you shouldn’t have to deal with that” and I left because I was tired and now frustrated. The one star is for the male manager who deserves to be fired and non rehirable but I give five stars to the female and everyone else who puts up with his arrogance and verbal abuse. Please help that store, thank you

While waiting for my food a line started to form there were two employees a young man and an older woman while the young man was preparing my food the elder women was just standing there twiddling her thumbs and telling the poor kid he had a line while she refused to do anything to the point another employee had to come off her break to help because the elder women was completely useless and has no business being there and should be let go- Sunday 06/17/2023

Waited 40 minutes for a simple pick up order tonight. Either not enough staff or they don’t understand the basic concept of first-come, first-served. Walk-ins were ordering and receiving their orders in 10 minutes while I waited for mine the entire time. Poorly managed. Avoid this place.
