Fries aren’t available when it’s raining. They can’t run their fryer while it’s raining right now because of a leak. It’s been this way for a few months and the building owner still hasn’t fixed it. Still a great place for a burger and even better when it’s not raining.

Service was great, food came out quickly and the staff were friendly. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger but it was missing the bacon when I got it. I was on lunch break so I didn’t have time to have it corrected. Thats the only reason I reduced the food rating a star.

I love their food so much. But I’m a bit in shock as to what just happened. I walked in to pickup an online order. I had selected the ‘I’m here’ option on the website, thinking perhaps the food would be ready and waiting, or at least in process of being put together. I was standing at the pickup counter for at least 3 minutes trying to get eye contact or acknowledgement, and nobody came over or asked what I needed (they were all making food, so they were busy, but I thought someone could have at least looked my way to acknowledge I was there…? But nah. Then this older man comes in and walks right up to the pickup counter, behind me, and they came immediately over to HIM (still not looking at me) and the man says ‘order for James’ and the employees turns to go check for that order, so I was like ‘I have an order for kelly too!’ And he looks back like ‘oh ok’. Didn’t let me know if it was in process or anything. I just had to wait a few more minutes feeling completely ignored, and then they finally gave me my order. What just happened???
