Plus point is free peanuts which was delicious! Food does not value for money since the portion are small. Salted caramel milkshake was tasty than chocolate milkshake along with bacon hot dog.

Five Guys in Manchester is one of my favorite burger restaurants. They graciously honor putting extra grilled onions in my cheeseburgers. Today, I spoke with Michael, who followed through on my request. He was very polite over the phone.

The burgers and fries are hands-down great. The service and cleanliness of the place needed some improvements that day. It was a busy day and they seemed to have plenty of staff. The gentleman who took our order seemed not to be in the greatest mood and it showed as we were ordering. I was with someone who is wheelchair-bound and speaks slowly. I understand it was busy but the look of aggravation was not needed. We ordered our food and thanked him and looked for a table to have our lunch once it was ready. There were empty tables but all were filthy. We hunted someone down that was in the back room if they could clean off some tables. She came out and just wiped down the one we sat at and ignored the rest. The bathrooms were just as bad. During our visit, we witnessed a car pull up and a kid being sent by his parents with a zip-lock bag in a very nice Tesla to go and fill the gallon-size bag with peanuts and left. I’ll keep coming to five guys but for this location, I’ll just have to take it to go.

Wait time is about 20 – 30 minutes on a non-busy day. Price for a bacon cheeseburger was $12.99. Shake was $7. Good food but not worth the price and the longer than average wait time.

This review is long overdue. I’m the Marketing Coordinator for Hartford Truck. For each anniversary, the employee get’s to choose a restaurant and we order lunch for the entire company (about 40 people). Susan and the staff are nothing short of amazing. They go above and beyond and the customer service is unbeatable. Susan opens the restaurant late to ensure our order gets their undivided attention, everything is hot and fresh, she always includes all of the toppings and condiments in an easy carrying case, and we never have incorrect orders (which is rare when placing such large orders).
