I visited 5 Guys in Branford on RT. 1. The restaurant is clean and ordering was quick and easy as usual. I was surprised to hear that my cheeseburger and regar fries and drink order was going to be over $16! Although the burgers are good and fries are cooked well, I felt the value was very off. The burgers seem smaller these days and the regular fries cup is smaller. Although they always give you more fries on top of your order, everything is downsized these days. I certainly won’t be visiting 5 Guys in the future as the price has gone up and the portions have gone down. Possibly a more fair price for what you get might earn my business back.

First time ever. The place was so hyped up. Not impressed, especially for how expensive it is. Best part were the fries. Burgers were average, expected real milkshakes, tasted like they were from McDonald’s. Don’t plan on ever eating at a Five Guys again.

Great experience start to finish. Great food and soooo many drink options. The only reason why 4 starts and not 5 is because it was relatively expensive. I got a bacon cheeseburger, hot dog, large fries and a small drink and the total was around $25.
