Still looking for my favorite burger joint. This was not it. My daughter actually enjoyed everything about it. To me the meat was dry and slightly burnt. The fries were ok. The store was neat and clean. I will give the waterbury location a chance if they ever open.

The food is pretty standard at Five Guys and the food here is good. Staff was nice an helpful. The Location is a bit run down but otherwise a good spot for lunch. Nice outdoor seating too.

The food at this restaurant tastes amazing but be prepared for heart attack city! Also if you have an allergy to peanuts this is not the place to go since there are penuts and shells all over. The service is great and helpful but, they are a bit pricey. The vibe of the place is very inviting and for the most part clean (except the above mentioned peanut shells). very easy to find with plenty of parking.

We use to go to Middletown every other weekend and it was great. Would get two little cheeseburgers and large fries (always a bag full)and drink for about 22.00-25.00. went to this one last weekend got two little cheeseburgers and a small fry( it was a small fry),no drinks, cheeseburgers were dry and it cost 36.00 dollars( including 2.00 tip that they ask for) for takeout. I know that prices for fastfood are skyrocketing everywhere but at least take pride in what your serving.

Food is delicious but heavy. Also, NOT worth the price. They still give you an entire basketful of fries though. Until prices on everything goes down, I would avoid Five Guys.

When I got 5 guys in middletown it was a huge burger and a bag full of fries. I finally try this place and sure enough smaller burger. Wayyyy less fries , and a hefty price tag of $17! For just a burger and fry. My kids happy meal from mcds weighed more than my meal. My burger was burnt and dry 🙁

We’ve eaten here several times now since we first discovered it months ago. The servings are a very generous size. Their French fries are delicious, best anywhere around here. The only warning that I have for eating here is to be sure to arrive with a good size appetite!!!

I usually like five guys but today it just wasn’t quite right. My burgers were burnt. Not exactly how I like to eat them.

Burgers were too dry. Large fries is a joke, really, and they are way overpriced. This is what I got for 2 large fries.
