Normally love Five guys but today’s experience was less than good. Placed a decent sized order and figured it would take at least 25 minutes but you go there for fresh cooked food. We barely sat for ten minutes and our was ready. I thought great that was fast! The fries were not double fried they were oil soaked soggy fries. They also normally greet you but nothing. It wasn’t busy either. Never had that experience there.

They always make great food and when its busy, they make sure to apologize for any wait. Tonight they were very professional when a rude adult customer was being very disrespectful and causing a scene unnecessarily. All of the workers went up and beyond while the customer was causing issues and handled it with class. The fries were amazing and the burger even better. Highly recommend this location, and the employees and manager deserve recognition for professionalism.

Love the food here and did not take to long. Great burgers and the fries are great, which is good because they give you a lot of them. The service was also fast and the people were very nice and friendly. I also like that they have those coke machines were you can combine a bunch of flavors together. Would definitely go back if I was am in the area again.

Black and white milkshake, (frappe) was absolutely delicious. Was driving had a brain freeze, and kept on sucking on that straw, could stop, was just the right consistency and flavor! A must try…will not disappoint!!!
