I ordered Cajun fries well done, had the cashier confirm she heard me because it wasn’t on the ticket. She talked to the fry cook, instead of getting well done fries I got someone else’s leftover fries from earlier, the soggiest most raw fries I have seen out of five guys. This was my final trip to this location.

I love the food here and have had very little complaints! The people who take my oder are very patient and kind. The floor is kind of slippery though. I once ordered takeout and everything but my milkshake came. We called the guy but he never awnsered. Still I would recommend the oreo milkshake!!

I asked for a clean scraped grille and to squeeze the grease out. This was after they’d just cooked a bunch and it was a mess. No one in the store either, I even pre tipped the staff. They gave me the two patties that looked so gross. I said I asked for a new one and they said “it’s good” try it! 12$ burger and $3 soda plus tax and tip. No respect for $20 , they literally handed me trash.

The staff was very friendly and energetic. The fries were delicious and the chocolate milkshake was actually chocolate-y. I took a picture of the fries because this was the “small” fry I ordered. I was very pleased to see that this was more like a medium or large order. This visit made me a fan and I’ll definitely be making repeat visits.

Ordered 2 milkshakes. Both were a partially mixed watery mess! Spoke to someone who said that they were the manager(Shantel or Shante) but didn’t have a clue on how to handle the situation???? She was supposed to speak with district manager and call me back. I’ve heard nothing and based on the conversation I had already aasumed there would be no follow-up.

I last visited at least 2 years ago. I am glad to see the hamburgers remain the same. I was pleased to see that the person taking the order was an older person. She was very patient while we mulled over the large number of toppings. The fries tasted superb as well.

My review has nothing to do with the food. I stopped in for a burger and soda and waited well over 20 minutes. What I want to comment on is the staff. There were 3 people working (perhaps mgmt should have had more staff but not sure). These 3 people were nonstop taking orders, in person an online, cooking, bagging the food and apologizing for the wait each time they gave out an order. Kudos to them for being so polite and professional and working so hard!!! Whoever owns this particular location is lucky to have these 3.
