Service was good but how do y’all mess up orders. I asked for a hamburger and got a cheeseburger. Threw it out since I’m lactose intolerant. I think this is 3rd-4th time this happened, think I’m gonna go to McDonald’s instead of spending $11 for a burger that I can’t eat. Smh do better

Very busy evening. Have been ordering online from here for years. Tonight was the worst. Whoever is at the front is not the person that should be facilitating the orders. None of the staff would address the people coming in to pick up their orders and when I asked about my order, I was called aggressive.

Horrible service! hr for a burger, fries where soggy and nasty complete waste! after my bun got stale for 30min while they dillyed around then the guy on the REGISTER runs over to close you’re foil nd touch you’re food after he’s counted change and money for 10min!
