So my daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday at 5Guys. They are all real burger fiends. Been a while since we’ve done 5Guys. $12 for burger is a bit excessive. Place just felt sticky. I mean literally everything we touched was tacky. Kids had a nice time which is important. But won’t be back anytime soon.

This was my first experience at Five Guys and it was exceptional. I was familiar and hesitant with their high prices on their burgers, but I wasn’t disappointed. Their fries, shake, and burger were excellent! You definetly get a bang for your buck on the fries, but I can’t say that really about the burger due to it being upwards on 10 bucks. The staff in this location was nice and attended to my order faster when they saw I was still waiting for my shake. However, when I got home and checked my order, my bacon cheeseburger didn’t have bacon on it. So I basically paid 1.50$, give or take, extra for a cheeseburger. But after I called them, they took my name down and allowed me to get a new one later. Overall, decent experience, but I’ll definetly check my order next time before I leave the store.

The nicest employees!… Juiciest burgers!… Freshest fries!…. & And salted peanuts. How can you go wrong? I have been to many different Five Guy locations over the years. This Location definitely has a slightly more positive vibe. That’s is very hard to do because all of the Five Guys joints are top notch! If I could give this spot 6 stars, I would!

Food was good a lil expensive for a burger but I’m sure that’s because you can put any toppings you want on it for free. I got a milkshake that was amazing and the same with that… Any toppings for free and there were a lot!! I would definitely go again.

The manager was very rude towards her employees, there’s a certain way to talk to your employees and that wasn’t it. She was rushing a male employee to go wash the dishes while she was on counting tips, which could’ve waited till after the store was closed in my opinion. She then proceeded to talk smack about a male employee who seemed like he really didn’t speak much English. She had yelled at all her employees because she , HERSELF, gave out the wrong doordash order to the wrong dasher. The employees were very nice tho but something has to be done about the manager.

I eat a LOT of burgers (can’t you tell?) and by far, of all I’ve had nationwide, Five Guys consistently tops everything except perhaps full-on specialty burger joints that charge full restaurant prices. This store in Neptune was a little smaller than most but the staff was friendly and the service was fast as usual. Whatever Five Guys does to train their people, it WORKS because I almost always have a great experience (one time, in Denver…that’s another story). Anyway, at approximately 51 carbs, this bad boy is a low-carb dieter’s dream (yeah, eat the bun, I had one of these without one – in an aluminum tray – it was awful. I swore I’d never do that again.) Just don’t eat many more carbs during the day; PROBLEM SOLVED. With 40+ grams of protein, it is, for me at least, a really effective component of my low-carb lifestyle. Hate, hate, HATE to skip the fries, I cheat sometimes, they are AMAZING but … yeah. Priorities, people. PRIORITIES!
