2 stars because my husbands burger was ok BUT… I ordered 2 hotdogs with grilled onions and mustard asking if they had “soft” cheese for ON THE SIDE. After the girl put it in the register 4 times adding grilled onions and grilled mushrooms and forgetting my mustard and soft cheese – I corrected her all 4 times she wiped it away and started over each time – AND in went the GRILLED MUSHROOMS and nothing about soft cheese on the side. FINALLY in what I THOUGHT was finally correct – I received a slice of American Cheese in a tin, RAW onions and at the point, I slid the raw onions off and literally threw the cheese in the trash – WHO DOES THIS !?!? 4 times and still gets it wrong. I HATE the taste of RAW onions so the hotdogs tasted horrible. Expensive meal for 2 of us $36.87 and most was trashed – GROSS MEAL @FiveGuys

What I can remember of 5 guys is a distant past. Back in 2012 (last time I visited) they made nice burgers. size quality affordable…in plain English WORTHY. Now 2022 and many burgers later. They are small/expensive! or this is how far a $10 dollar bill gets you today. Wow disappointed

Requested gluten free for my celiac diseased son to go. Got home and had to throw it out because it came on a regular bun. Very disappointing, my son has a disease and the guy at the counter couldn’t have cared less. 5 guys is supposed to care about this. Too bad, guess we’ll try Smash Burger.

There’s something about a worker in service when their energy is toxic. It engulfs the customer like napalm!!! This guy who took our order wearing the mask and beard was so toxic that I almost lost it. The worst thing a business can do is put a person like this to greet their customers. And fives guys is not Impervious to fail if they hire people like this.

Love 5 guys.they dont over season the burgers.and the cajun fries are tasty. Staff is usually pleasant in all locations ive been to…and this might sound silly, but they have the cleanest trash cans ive ever seen, which says alot about their general cleanliness to me.
