Every once in awhile I love to go Five Guys,they have the best french fries. My go to is usually the Cinnaminson location which is normally busy. On this particular day I had that salty/sweet craving and wanted to give their milk shakes a try. I chose the Delran location since I was bringing this home and it’s within minutes of my residence. I ordered a chocolate banana milkshake, regular fries, and grilled veggie sandwich without the mushrooms. This location, in the back of the Shop Rite shopping center, was really empty. When I received the shake, aside from it not really being thick, you could clearly see it wasn’t fully mixed. You can no longer help yourself to loose peanuts but can grab some already bagged for you. The sandwich was decent. I just had to take out the green peppers. They were not grilled at all and tasted like they had just been cut raw. While they gave me extra fries, which I didn’t eat, you could tell they had been sitting and weren’t hot like I usually receive. I couldn’t drink the shake. There was no taste of chocolate just an over powering banana taste. Lesson learned. I’ll keep to my Cinnaminson location.

Ordered food, and came to pick it up. I waited 30 mins to receive my order because the male staff member “did not hear the female staff member” call out my entire order to him. He was too busy txting. Food is great as usual, service…not so much. Kudos to the two women who corrected the situation.

I rarely eat fast food, but I was in the area and needed a quick meal. So I wanted to try Five Guys for the 1st time. I ordered a Little Cheeseburger with lettuce & tomato and Little Fries. The burger was about the size of a regular burger at other fast food places and the fries were anything but little. The amount of fries surpasses the large size anywhere else. My burger was nice and juicy, but not excessively so.

Not only did I pay literally $40 dollars for two burgers and fries plus one milk shake but end up receiving not what I order. If only a in-n- out was here because this place could never compare. It was my first time ever trying 5 guys and would never go back to one the staff there really didn’t seem to know the menu well or options idk I do not think it’s worth your money or time rather drive farther for better service and food. Feel like I’ve been scammed for the price and quality 🙁

Great food, not the best place to sit down and eat but really good to go. Is quite pricey though, make sure you always order a small fry because they’ll put extra fries in the bag and you can save a little bit of money that way.

I understand five guys is always greasy but wow this was disgusting. I’ve never had a mushy burger like this before. I’m not one to let a burger go to waste but this time I did. $23 for 2 burgers and a regular fry… Wowzers. No thank you

the five guys guy deserves the absolute best for his outstanding customer service and quickness! i went to order medium size fries and a little cheeseburger and this dude name Luke was super attentive and a delight and you don’t see that often at fast food places. it took less than a few minutes for him to finish my order and i enjoyed every single bite. he’s the reason i had a great experience overall, thanks!!

Since five guys chooses to decorate their store with their fantastic reviews I am sure they’ll listen to this one. First off the crew at this particular location is very good, the store is very clean and efficient. My burger was wonderful. But my God these people are the Starbucks of hamburgers. If their prices get any higher I will have to take out a loan. I’m guessing that’s the reason I never see large families here. I am sure they will reference the supply chain and inflation but wow.
