Although the food is good, the service isn’t. The managers will jump their friends order in front of paying customers to have personal conversations along the way along making their food. Even if there was a new guy cooking by himself while they did this. The manager didn’t do anything until there was more than just me in the store. I got my food 20 minutes after I ordered and an extra couple minutes for my milkshake they forgot about. I understand things happen, but there was nothing happening like it being busy for there to be of this type of service.

These individuals provided exceptional care for both me and my service dog. Their attentiveness extended to my dog’s needs, as they went above and beyond by inquiring about her requirements, such as water. Their service was excellent, ensuring that my needs, which did not necessitate extra attention, were fully met. Bravo to the staff at Five Guys for their commendable efforts and adherence to federal ADA law. Always great service and great food. We ordered through doordash today and when we received our order the patty was missing from the cheeseburger. Doordash would only refund $3.48 and would not consider refunding any more. So I called Five guys to inform them of mistake. The employee quickly apologized and offered to make another burger if we could stop in. They also included fries and milkshake even though we were happy with burger. So thoughtful and kind. Love this place. Putting the customer first!!!

Was very pleasantly surprised. My first time at a Five Guys burgers and fries. Was much more than I expected. Bacon cheese burger was made to order fresh right in front of me. Not frozen or premade and waiting on a warmer. Also tasted like better meat. Definitely thicker patties. Fries were also fresh. Thicker cut than a fast food place. Taster as well. Soda was bottomless from a fountain. Serve yourself. Really surprising thing was free peanuts. Fill cup and take to your table. The atmosphere was designed to look like old 50s malt shoppe. Was overall a really good experience and a tasty filling meal. Was more pricey than a fast food restaurant, but was also way above those quality wise. Would definitely go again. Recommend giving it a try if you haven’t yet.

Finally decided to try the grilled cheese with a patty (patty melt)… It did what I needed it to do. Lol. Will never be happy with the price of a burger at Five Guys but when I do decide on this treat it’s always good. Store wasn’t busy so all staff was friendly and attentive.

The burgers are tasty and juicy after ordering a double cheeseburger with medium fries and drink. Moreover, the staff is generously nice enough to stuff more fries in the bag, even though you order any size of fries. It even tells you where they are receiving their potatoes from to make the fries. Soda machine works flawlessly with bottomless refills. The place inside has a semi-1950s look. The only concern here is the price is a bit expensive when it comes to ordering a single or double patty cheeseburger. Overall, I would go there again during lunch or dinner hours.
