Apologies for the rough looking photo. Went here today for lunch. This was about the second or third time I have come to this location. The burgers and fries are always super fresh and delicious. It is a bit pricey so for a burger, fries, and a soda it came to $20. The quality is much better though than the standard fast food burger spots and well worth the $4-5 price difference. Sometimes the line doesn’t move very fast and it takes some time for the food to be prepared so be patient it will be worth the wait! The staff is always friendly and professional.

I’ve eaten at 5 Guys all over the US and I’ve always loved it – the burgers are always outstanding and the fries, oh the fries! HOWEVER! Beware of delivery from this 5 Guys – I ordered the REGULAR fries and as anyone who has ever eaten at a 5 Guys will tell you – they’re expensive but they give you an overflowing amount for the price – even the employees say that the Regular fry is for 2 people – well this is what I got…that’s it…nothing in the bag. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Such a shame that they’ve gotten so cheap and Uber Eats won’t refund the Fries or the Melted Shake…btw, they are 400 yards away so it shouldn’t be that hard…

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Rude staff, extra long wait time and absolutely disgusting atmosphere. I went earlier this evening and had to wait about 15 mins for a cheeseburger and fries. And while I was waiting there were two heavily intoxicated women eating at a table next to the pick up area. I literally witnessed one of them throwing her food on the ground, taking her shoes off and putting them on the table (where people eat) and stumbling around without shoes on. And then to my disgust, I witnessed her piss her pants on the seat where she was eating. Out of a staff of about 6 people, and a pretty empty “ restaurant”, not one of them did anything. I was there with my dog and I felt so disgusting being there, that I gave him a bath as soon as we got home.

Cashier got my order wrong and I didn’t notice the error until my burger was being bagged. I suspect the issue is the volume of the radio/music they had playing behind the register. And usually when an order of fries is made, Five Guys will fill up the container, and then toss a huge scoop into the paper bag as well (making a small order effectively an XL order). Not this time.

This place has the same food as the rest of their franchise, yet they LACK customer services skills. The short African American girl was the ONLY one whom stood professional the whole time. I didn’t want to use the ketchup packs because they were all sticky ( the ketchup dispenser was empty )when I brought it up the empty dispenser to the staff, the one tall heavy set gentleman showed how much he was bothered by my request to use the dispenser. Even my 9 years old daughter noticed his attitude. Customer service training should be done at this location.

Probably the best “fast food” chain in the US right now. Well made burgers with very tasty meat. Freshly cut and fried potatoes for French fries. The staff at the locations I’ve been usually do a good job keeping the kitchen clean. And who can resist peanut oil deep frying and unlimited free toppings.

Forgot my bbq sauce on the burger. Food wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t good either. Those soda machines are so bad….there were no other options because there was no more unsweetened tea. First and last time at this place.
