I add my 2 cents concerning the Five Guys at Colonie Center near Albany NY. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. We had a small hiccup with our order and they took care of it, without question. I remember looking for a survey on my receipt. Nope. Saw none. So I am happy to report our experience here. Highly recommend this location in particular.

We order from the colonie center mall (Albany NY) we tend to order a lot because we have a big family. Never once have we ever experienced any rude employees, had any issues with the exception of last night. The place was super busy so it was understandable. I want to commend the manager on duty he was extremely apologetic went above and beyond to fix my order that had 1 burger missing and other that was wrong. He is so patient with his employees and never shows his frustration but wants to help them be good at their job. So shout out to this man … thank you for your patience, understanding and giving extra customer service. This time of year everyone is stressed, busy etc and the world needs more of this! He needs a raise! Remember we’re all human screaming and yelling is NOT the answer.
