This place just tried to rip me off! Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and they said my card was declined and I’d have to reorder. Told them nevermind and left. Checked my account and sure enough the money was taken! Went back in and showed them and who I assume is the manager said it’s pending. Of course it’s pending! I literally just paid for it! Everything I buy is pending for a bit. But they still take my money. I’ve worked in fast food so I try to be nice to people that work in fast food but don’t try to rip me off.

My delivery order through five guys app never came and the store wont help at all. They use doordash i guess and thdy dont pick up the phone for customers, so I feel like I got scammed. Nigerian scammers are more honest than five guys and door dash.

Best burgers around..free peanuts while you wait and the staff are always welcoming.. fyi a lil food hack for them whatever you get on your burger you can add extra for no upcharge if your already paying for it on there originally..ex. if you get a bacon cheeseburger you can add ex bacon at no extra cost or if you get a cheeseburger w mushrooms you can get extra mushroom and cheese and no exta…if tht makes sense..
