I’ve been to different Five Guys restaurants, in the Rochester and Syracuse area, and this one is one of the best ones I’ve been to. Actually impressed. Food is fresh, staff is on top of it and they work hard and fast to get you a nice juicy, tasty burger. I got an Oreo Cookie Milkshake and I thought the consistency was a bit too tough and I came and asked if they could add more cream and they just said we’ll make you another one. A lot of places won’t do it when you’re paying $6 bucks a shake. Overall, impressed and if you’re in the Syracuse area come here if you want a delicious burger and good customer service.

Burgers are freshly made daily, and they are delicious. I ordered just a regular burger, and it comes with 2 burgers on the bun! I was there with my mom and dad. My mom ordered with onion, lettuce and tomato on her burger. The sandwich was so big she couldn’t open her mouth wide enough to eat it . We all ordered fries, each order was in the bag along with at least 5 orders of bag fries on the bottom of the bag! You cannot and will not leave this place hungry!
