Two hot dogs, a small fries and two drinks came to $32. That is just ridiculous. Maybe try locally sourcing your spuds instead of shipping them from Idaho given current diesel prices. No wonder the Five Guys franchise empire imploded.

I loved that I was able to order online from another city for my son to pick up locally. Very easy, convenient, great communication during the ordering process. The food was ready on time, and he enjoyed his meal tremendously. The order was prepared correctly, the food fresh and delicious.

Could use a manager or leadership at this location. Placed an online order nearly 15 mins earlier, arrived 20 mins after order placed, 2 burgers were apparently ready but 1 was remade after an entire line of customers ordered and were served. No offer to remake the original 2 cheeseburgers, in fact just shrugged when asked why only 1 was placed in a bag that was sitting for 20 mins. Acted like they had no clue. For the price you pay, one would think this would make sense, instead send out an order with 2 luke warm burgers and 1 steaming hot. I’d beware or just expect 30 to 40 min turn times until they get some new people employed or trained.

First time going here yesterday. Got a bad migraine so I couldn’t eat but took it home and reheated it later. I couldn’t believe it was so delicious even after sitting around for 12 hours. I can’t wait to try them again.

OMG MY FIRST TIME AT @FiveGuys AND I’LL NEVER, I WISH I COULD HIGHLIGHT NEVER, COME HERE AGAIN. A BURGER, FRIES AND COKE CAME TO $20.32. I WANTED TO WALK AWAY BUT I WAS EMBARRASSED. NEVER NEVER NEVER WILL I BE BACK HERE. The fries were $5.29. I could’ve bought a 25lb bag of potatoes for that. The fries were good but not worth the price. And the burger was slapped together. Cheese, condiments and grease we’re everywhere. Again, I’LL NEVER BE BACK THERE. I can’t get over the price
