I had entered the store for a pickup when they told me it would be a while until it would be ready as they just started it 1 minute ago. I went and sat down. After waiting my 5 minutes the employee called for me and told me to “not throw a fit” and that they make their food fresh unlike other restaurants. Very disrespectful as I didn’t say anything to this employee prior to being belittled

First time we went. It was ok. The customization is a plus for picky eaters. The staff was awesome! Super friendly and patient. The price of the product out weighs the quality by a lot. But, it wasn’t bad. It was just ok. By no means did I feel like I received a deal… The plus side though, fries were fresh and salty, just how we like them.

Burgers were fair. Team was very average. Overall experience was not worth what we paid. An average burger, fries and a drink for 2 is not worth $38.00. Especially when you do most of the work. Much better to go to a sit down restaurant and get the total experience……and probably for less

Always love coming to five guys. Went to this location on a road trip, as a quick stop. Food was delicious as always. They used to give a bit more fries in the bag but still plenty. Employees were extra nice. Gladly would come back again if I’m driving by.
