The wait time isn’t worth the food. It’s good, but every single time I come whether for myself or an Uber order, it’s an extremely long wait. She literally put the fries down after I arrived and informed her of the order I was here to pick up. It should have been ready. It’s a to go order! I understand them wanting it to be fresh, but at this point you’re just wasting time.

Food is good and fresh. Have no memory of having any negative interactions with employees there. It’s a little on the pricey side but if you are craving a fresh not frozen burger with unlimited toppings and a huge scoop of fresh cut fries and are too lazy/exhausted to make it yourself, then I definitely recommend it for the flavor and value.

Way over priced and worst than Wendy’s. Burger with Grilled Mushrooms. Mushrooms never touched a grill so much grease it dripped out the foil and threw the paper bag and top and bottom bun soggy just gross. Fries where good but nothing worth $16

The restaurant was clean and warm (it was under 40 degrees here today). We were greater with a warm welcome. My wife and I ordered the bacon cheeseburger in a bowl with a small fry. Everything was great! We both liked the All the way toppings with the burger and the fries, well – we usually don’t eat fries but we could not help eating them all. Absolutely great! Overall very good experience, no issues. I would not hesitate in recommending you stop in a give them a try.

As I used to be a regular, as soon as I came in they already knew my order, asked to confirm, and I was already checking out. An Eight minute wait MAX.
