I love this Five Guys location. The crew working there is always friendly and fast, and they take care to get the orders right every time. I always come here when I’m in the area. Came in for dinner and my order was taken quickly and we receieved it in short order. Yeah, this chain is more expensive than other burger chains. But this has some of the best quality, especially the fries which are top tier. Pleasant experience all around. Also nice this place is in a a large shopping center so always plenty of parking.

Great burgers cooked to order, hand cut fries always hot. The 50 pound bags of potatoes stacked in the dining area were super cool great conversation item. The employees were nice to talk to, made great suggestions, very polite seemed happy. Positive environment.

We go to a lot of Five guys because my daughter and I have an allergy and it’s the only fast food friendly place for us. We entered not a single person acknowledged us. The person taking our order Brandi wasn’t very friendly either. I asked her to just make sure they know it’s an allergy. She said yes, but never said anything. Everything was out on drinks except coke and ginger ale. It honestly was one of the worst experiences we have had at a Five guys.

Always a solid burger and fries. Cashier ‘Brandi had the personality of a gnat and could use some training on how to greet customers. I was neither greeted nor acknowledged as I approached the register and actually had to ask if he? Was ready to take my order. Other customers were treated the same way way as I waited for my order. At least act like you appreciate having a job.
