Great food, great service! But it comes with a price…2 Jr. Bergers and regular fries and 2 regular sodas over $31.00…like they sat though, if you want quality, you gotta pay for it, I guess.

Always delicious and unique tasting burgers and fries. We drive half an hour just to eat here. You get a huge amount of fries in one order. Usually kept very clean. There are two Coke mix machines for convenience

Does Five Guys want a five star rating? Let’s make this as easy as it is. Keep everything the same, definitely the great people serving us. Just get your ketchup dispensers back! If not for your customers ease of having ketchup, to get rid of the packets that destroy our world! Ha, try refusing a green move! Ha ha ha!

My husband swears by this place. He always orders hot dogs with bacon & cheese. The price was $9.00 for one hotdog! I think it’s too much, but he pays it EVERYTIME! Anytime we go over by this place it’s the same. Don’t forget the fries! 2 hotdogs with cheese & bacon & regular fries $25.00.

Within hours of eating a five guys burger in Exeter Township, my seven year old was in pain from what appeared to be food poisoning. In addition, he later tested positive for ecoli poisoning. He was hospitalized at Reading Hospital. Five Guys management referred the matter to their insurance company…Hartford. They kept putting us off for months from paying the claim. Reading Hospital medical bills added to more than $10,000. Months later they refused to pay the claim. Their answer was that he may had eaten something else. We didn’t eat out anywhere else. Now, my son can no longer stomach milk as what is likely a permanent consequence from this very expensive trip to Five Guys in Exeter Township. If you ever get sick from eating the food at Five Guys, expect a flurry of calls from management expressing concern. They will ask for proof that you ate there. I paid with a credit card. Always pay with a credit card. In our case, they deferred to their insurance company who served as the bad guy to deny our claim. Will this happen to you? It happened to us. I will post the medical bills and the ecoli test results online soon. We were willing to pay the higher prices for a higher quality product. When I see a boy so sick he can’t get off the couch, the hospital bills, the stress, and worry; it isn’t worth it to me. No way. After this, we will never eat at Five Guys again. Those $10,000+ medical bills are tough. Want to eat at Five Guys? We did. Do you think they will have your back if you get sick? Hartford Insurance denied our claim. Feel safe eating there? We don’t feel safe and we won’t go back. Now, I must sue them to recover expenses. If this happened to you, or your son, do you feel like taking time off of work to deal with them? My son tested positive for ecoli poisoning. Do you know where that comes from? Why don’t you go to Five Guys in Exeter Township and buy a burger with pickles, just to see what happens to you? What do you have to lose? What could possibly go wrong? I dare you to eat at Five Guys in Exeter Township…as of April 2019, no reimbursement for medical expenses .

If you didn’t know…all toppings are free!!!! That’s because they charge $10+ for a normal size burger and $8+ for a (Wendy’s Jr Cheese burger), not to mention the $5+ for SUPER SALTY fries and $2.60 for a regular size fountain soda. My bill was just under $30. For $30 I could get 2 burgers, fries that aren’t soggy and super salty and an appetizer from Applebee’s for that price.
