I love five guys. My burgers are always good. It’s fast food, but the burgers do not taste like it. Well, this time I was floored. I ordered a cheeseburger. I went to add more ketchup to it and found a long piece of hair in my burger. Nice and woven into the meat. Ewww. I told them about it and they made me a new one. I know things happen, so I’m not too upset, but this time, I couldn’t give 5 stars. Sorry, Five guys.

I love 5 guys and I have been to different franchises of the same. This particular branch seem to have fries that are burnt, too salty, and cut in small sizes. Some retraining on franchise food preparation maybe required.

This like most Five Guys locations is a very well maintained restaurant. The place is always clean and the staff is friendly and fast. Not to mention the reason I keep coming back the burgers, fries, and shakes are so good. More expensive then fast food but well worth the price!

I was looking forward to a Five Guys burger after they reopened post pandemic lockdown. The dining room is pretty empty now. Happily it was available. My burger arrived quickly for a cooked to order and it was exactly as I ordered. I can’t complain about that. My problem is for 1 cheeseburger and 1 20 oz bottle of coke for 11$ and change left me wanting something better like some Lomo Saltado at the local Peruvian restaurant. Unfortunately, this is business in pandemic times.

We’ve been to several different Five Guys and normally don’t have an issue with the food. This particular time we ordered our food and when we got it there was an over abundance amount of salt on the fries and are veggie sandwich came with mushrooms when we didn’t ask for them.
