We love five guys and their food, eat there often. It was our first time at this location. I put in mobile order while in the parking lot so walking in I knew we would need to wait for our food. It was a long day, my kids were tired, I was tired. As we walked in the employee gave my kids drink cups and told them to go get something, which was extremely nice and it made my daughters day. Then another surprise- food was ready like almost immediately. I was wowed by the customer service we received. Thank you so much ! Food was great as always ❤️

Staff was very nice and professional, and facility was very clean. The only reason I took 1 star away under food was because the soda machine was giving flat sodas, so I needed up getting tea. It wasn’t a big deal just something that could be addressed.

Excellent burgers, fries and service! I intended on ordering from the location closer to my house and I ordered from this location on accident. A happy accident it was, the manager Eric when I called to try to cancel, advised the order was already picked up by the delivery guy but if the food wasn’t up to my standards I could call them and they’d give a full refund. Even that offer alone was enough, but to my absolutely pleasant surprise the food was warm and delicious! One of the best Five Guys burgers I’ve had in awhile!
