The burgers and fries are always great here — fresh and tasty. Unfortunately, the prices have gotten out of hand. I know that has a lot to do with this economy/inflation … but nearly 11.50 for a burger seems a lot more than it used to be here.

Yesterday, May 11, 2023, we placed an order with the Reston Five Guys for a delivery at 5:30 pm. It is now 6:48 am on May 12, 2023 and the order still has not arrived. When we contacted Five Guys at 6 pm regarding the status of our order we were told it had been picked up by Door Dash and would arrive soon. Of course, it didn’t arrive so we called them again. We were told to come pick up the order. Finally they agreed to refund the money to our credit card. I fully expect we will have to contest the charge with our credit card company. Never again, Five Guys!

The employees here are very polite and efficient. This Five Guys is very clean. I ordered the little bacon cheeseburger, little fries and a drink. The fries are amazing!! If you are not hungry enough to get a meal, order the fries… And don’t forget to bring a few dollars and tip these hard working friendly employees!!

I watched the guy that took my order with gloves on go from the register to making food with the same gloves…not appropriate. Thank God he didn’t fix mine or I would had had to confront the situation. My hot dog was ok…not many hotdogs toppings on the menu such as chili or slaw. It was just ok without. Environment was clean and service was quick

Getting hamburgers here is a rare treat. My husband and I usually get the small (one patty) burgers with all the fixings plus Cajun fries plus peanuts. The flavors are tasty and never under or overcooked. And when we order 1 small cajun fries, we get the extra fries (that comes with the service), and that’s enough for us both. and for some odd reason our weight goes down the next day, maybe because we’re so full we don’t snack afterwards…definitely a welcomed and unexpected outcome.
