This is a good five guys. They get the orders out quickly and the fries and burgers are always good. Only thing I would change is getting the newer Coke machines that allow you to create different combinations of drinks and offer greater variety. One of the employee told me they’ll be renovating soon and hopefully that’ll be part of the upgrade. This also a great location right off of 301 in Waldorf.

Cold and soggy fries. Staff was kinda rude. Had to repeatedly ask for my drink. Meat wasn’t warm enough to melt the cheese. Really horrible experience. The golden arches would have been better quality for half the price.

This location must be struggling! When I asked for some vinegar, they handed me 2 of the little plastic solo dipping cups, filled maybe a ¼ of the cup capacity. Most locations switched to vinegar packets, This location mind as well say B.Y.O.V.

If the man with the glasses in the front could actually ask someone what name they are there for instead of ignoring everybody it would go smoothly. Don’t get mad at the person trying to pick up their food that was prepaid because YOU don’t have different lines for call in/online or walk ins if you know that people can only go to one place.

I called ahead to attempt to place my order and was left on home for 10 minutes… while on hold I walked in an empty store with no customers and informed the the heavyset gentleman that I’ve been on hold waiting for them to come back to the line and he said… we are extremely busy lol no customers waiting though lol
