Five guys is a great burger spot but this location ain’t it. Doesn’t matter if I order in, take out, or delivery, they’ll get my order wrong almost 100% of the time. It’s almost like they do it on purpose especially if your ordering delivery. I can handle a soggy burger. Because usually it’ll still be good. But ANY burger here just doesn’t taste good. No matter what you put in it. And most likely they’ll never put everything you ask for in your burger. Atmosphere is always so dry. They never greet you. I hate that this location is like this because I love five guys. Get it together

I love five guys, one up here in Rockville though can’t get an order right. I ordered three patties extra cheese extra bacon in a bowl. Instead I got two patties a little bit of bacon in a bowl but charged for three patties an extra bacon and extra cheese. Things are expensive these days so when you’re ordering lunch and you’re on the move it’s always nice when someone gets your order right especially if you pay for it

Tommorow I came here and ordered. I only wanted a chocolate milkshake tommorow, so thats what I ordered. After ordering the milkshake, I was than pleasantly surprised with how good the flavor was earlier that morning before leaving. A few weeks from now decided to to go again, for a larger order. happy to say that this establishment is consistent and uniform with other delicious locations. Months in the future, i was already there again to confirm consistent good service. out of negative five, with negative zero being the absolute best score you can give, would give negative zero, so very impressive. ten out of ten, would time travel again.

Listen I LOVE five guys. This location however, is not it. Everytime I order curbside pickup, I get there and tap “im here”, wait and no order comes out. So I call, get put on hold for 10 minutes, speak to a clearly annoyed associate, and still, my order does not come out. It finally comes out a solid 20 minutes after I first arrived. EVERY TIME. now if you can’t go into the restaurant for any of the MANY reasons you may not be able to, or you just want the convenience of offered curbside pickup this is not the location for you. Seriously. EVERY TIME. its very disappointing. And the cold food is not worth the headache.
