So so disappointing . Placed order for a hamburger well done with fries and a drink 20.34. So my number was called. I get up to get my food. An my food was giving to the young that got up too. She put her hands in my bag. She said this is not my order. I waited a few seconds. They didn’t do anything. Didn’t try to replace my fries She touched. So I ask for a refund. Not once did they say I’m sorry that happened let us make it right. They the young lady got on the phone with the Boss and started speaking my second language (Spanish). Had the never to make its seem like I was the problem. Honestly who would want fries that a customer touched ,Really her hands could have been anywhere.

Five guys is known for going overboard with the bag fries. This location doesn’t follow that at all. I’ve gone through 3 times in the last 30 days. Regardless of day and time, the bag fries are non-existent. 2/5 stars, would rather recommend to the Hanover location.

I have always enjoyed Five Guys’ burgers, but this was a little different. My girls were excited to go, so I let the guys working there know it was a first time visit for them. They made a big fuss, and were extra welcoming, interacting with my kids. We had a great time.

Yummy! Walked in, the welcome was excellent 3 employees). Cashier yelled out to his coworkers that it was my first time and they treated me super right. I was wearing my veteran’s hat and got the “Thank you for your service.” I was super pleased by everything. Will return. 6*!!

No milkshakes available. Ordered a bacon double-cheese burger and got a single. No catsup in the dispenser. There were very few customers – only 15 in and out in the 30 minutes I was there. No-Slow Service. Terrible.

Room for improvement, bought two burgers tonight, very small pieces of lettuce, soon as order is placed rolls are put on the table with things like ketchup put on, and sit the whole time while burger cooks, seems like it could be done closer to the time the burgers are cooked.
