When I first walked in I was greeted and customer service was superb. The young gentleman was professional and helpful. I asked a lot of questions and missed signage and he was exceptionally patient with me. After I ordered my food I started looking at reviews and got a little nervous. lol. Some reviews said the food was dry. It was not dry! It was delicious. Burger was juicy and fries were crispy. The burger could have used a little salt but I have been told I use too much salt. However, this place is expensive. This is really just a once in a while visit. Too expensive in my opinion

I think this store is one of the best five guys stores in Baltimore area. They provide good quality of food and service. I drive to here even though there are several nearby stores. This store processes online order very well, so I use it if I want to save my time.

What a phenomenal, made to order, around the way burger! I love Five Guys. I’ve been eating at five guys for more than 10 years and they haven’t changed a bit. Still offering great burgers & homemade fries and unlimited peanuts. This location is my favorite Five Guys. Staff I’m outside whenever you’re ready very friendly and cooks always oblige to any special order request.

Great but VERY Expensive. My son and I speny nearly $30 for just 2 sandwiches and 1 large fry, with no drinks (We couldnt afford to get drinks also!). We’d come more often but it is definetly ONLY on the once in a blue moon list. Way too expensive 🙁 Our local rest. Is NEVER full or busy – not good for you guys

The customer service was great. But the burgers weren’t. The onions were huge for it to be on a sandwich. One of my burgers didn’t get bacon. And the one that did get bacon didn’t have extra bacon. I spent $50 on 3 burgers and they wasn’t what I expected.. at all. The fries were the best thing and with those. It was some fries that was steak cut and some that was regular cut. It was in total a waste. Kinda upset because i would think owings mills would give better food than the security square location but that location is worth driving to than this one. The food is always made correct and taste the way it should. I will not be returning to this location.

We went to the Owings Mills location on a Thursday evening for dinner. We planned to dine in but the cashier didn’t ask whether our order was for here or to go. Not really a problem but it would’ve been nice to get our order on a tray as opposed to having it bagged up. The burgers, hot dog, grilled cheese and TON of fries were delicious none the less!!
