Food was good, if not pricey. However I don’t think employees should be eating behind the counter, from the food line, taking French fries from the station even while wearing gloves. Surprised it’s not a health code violation.

Food is good but not worth the price. A cheeseburger with no sides is $11.19 and a small fry is $4.99. Make sure you take plenty of money with you! The fries were limp and soggy, which I know is boardwalk style but gross…

I went to the five guys at Kingfisher dr. I’ve always love their burgers and I still do. I recently went ketovore/carnivore and decided to order off their a la carte menu and get just the PATTIES ONLY because I found out that they don’t cook their hamburgers in any seed oil. when I put in the order, it was full price as if I was ordering a cheeseburger with buns and condiments with fries and a drink. I asked the lady at the counter why I’m paying $10.19 for just two regular patties with no condiments and no sides. She then explains that they took the “solo patties” off the menu a month ago. I felt like she could have still accommodated me even if they removed the a la carte menu because it doesn’t make any sense to pay that much for just two hamburger patties without any condiments and no sides. I then called the Five guys in buckeystown pike and they said they removed the menu as well…. but yet I see in different states that have Five guys have the a la carte menu and they will accommodate you. So does Mcdonalds, Burger King and Wendys. Looks like I’m not going to Five Guys anymore.

I tried to work out an issue with the restaurant directly after messing up an Uber Eats order and to my disappointment, they messed up the second order by not giving Cajun fries. After contacting them several times via telephone to try to resolve this issue with the manager for a third time, they ignored my call. I’ll be contacting corporate to request a refund since they screen calls. Very disappointing experience.

I do love me a Five Guys burger, but please do something about those fries, like cooking them rather than just making a quick introduction to the oil.

Stopped by this location on a whim while traveling, and was very pleased with my decision. I placed my order online and it was very easy and quick. It said 7 minutes for pickup and I arrived after about 12 minutes and had to wait 10 minutes or so for my food despite there being no one (literally NO ONE) else in the restaurant. That was my only complaint. I ordered a little hamburger and little Cajun fries. The burger was cooked perfectly – it was the best burger I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. The fries were good also, but a little too spicy. Employees were friendly and the restaurant was super clean. Convenient location right off of I70.

Customer service was fantastic. I got a little hamburger all the way, and had some of my dining companions’ fries. They’re generous with the toppings, especially pickles, which is awesome, but I thought the burger was mediocre. The fries were good. The peanuts are fun, but I don’t get it. I probably won’t go back here.

Burgers and fries are great. They have left the grilled onions off of my sandwich two orders in a row. I think that they are getting skimpy on fries.

Always our go-to spot! I’m allergic to gluten and they make lettuce wraps instead of a bun. The fries and plentiful and fantastic.

Upon entering the restaurant the music was so loud that you could barley hear yourself think. I ask staff to kindly turn it down to which they did a little.. Food was good and made promptly. Softdrinks had few selections in dispenser.
