Very clean store, nice staff, very decent food. Not sure what to say other than it’s a typical Five Guys. If you need a quick and well prepared burger, this is your place. As always the fries are EXCESSIVE, but that’s kind of their trademark. Just get a “little” fries, it’s enough for two.

Probably one of the best Five Guys I have had the pleasure of patronizing on the East Coast. Just as tasty as every other one but this one was assembled and presented perfectly. I usually don’t get the fries but this time I said what the hell. They were awesome. Great friendly service, easy parking, and a burger that can’t be beat anywhere on the planet. Sorry In-N-Out fans, for me at least, there’s no comparison!

Burgers were good, but fries needed maybe a minute or two more cook time. We ate our meal there, and the employees were very loud behind the counter. One lady in particular (had a accent), should be told to use her “inside voice”.

Very good food and friendly staff working the counter and kitchen. I would have given it a 5 star but two guys in the picture where just making the environment a bit toxic and uncomfortable for dining guests. The guy in white and the guy behind him were constantly making disparaging comments about the staff and the customers coming in. The shorter guy in the back was playing on his phone the whole time I was there. Not working at all. It just made the visit unnecessarily uncomfortable. I don’t know if the guy in white is the franchisee or what, but he really needs to treat his staff and customers with a bit more dignity and respect. Otherwise he’s not going to have a business for long.

I’m going to say this one time and one time only to the owner who owns this new Five Guys Burger. Monday June 20, 2022. I called your store at 9:56 and was told by a employee that you was closing at 10. I ask to speak to the manager and said that me and my wife was hungry and wanted to place a order and that I am 5 minutes away from the store. The manager took my order and I was very impressed by that. Things employees do to make a owner make money at last minute is classy in my life. There was 4 employees 2 females and 2 males and as I pulled up they opened the door for me because they locked it being after 10:05 when I got there and all 4 of them was very polite and not angry like some employees get when a last customer calls or show up. Hopefully someone from the company sees this and just mentioned it to them how special those 4 employees before closing made me and wife stomach feel good. Jorge from Newark Delaware.
