not my favorite burger place, but still pretty good regardless. I feel like the portion sizes are a little meh, but other than that it’s fine. Not a huge fan of feeling like I need to take out a bank loan to buy their food though.

Five Guys usually has the best service. Not this one. The lady on the grill today at 7pm was so rude. We asked her for a side of mayo and she said she would put it in the bag. I went and asked again and she said that she told us already that she would put it in the bag. I asked if I could have it now and she said she was busy and to wait. Then she leaves me standing there until the last possible minute when my order is called and she hands me the mayo. Who wants to go to a restaurant and pay for some spiteful attitude. I understand there’s a labor shortage, but when you can’t get decent service at 5 Guys, that’s bad. The rest of the staff was just standing around like they didn’t know they were at work. The staff here is in desperate need of good training.

Go to Spelunkers instead! Went and was not impressed. Poor quality burger for max price. Cheese was not even melted on burger so we felt it wasnt worth it. Pretty much name brand food for lesser value. If you want a good burger and other food, go to spelunkers in front royal!!!
