Staff here is pretty friendly and great.. last visit the fries were on the extremely soggy side.. not a single fry had a slight bit of crisp.. not sure if the batch of potatoes didn’t fry well enough or the prep was different.. otherwise my burger came out perfect and wife’s burger came out great too!!

This is the best Five Guys all around. The food is always amazing and the service is phenomenal. This is the only one I go to because it’s closest to my house. My Five Guys app glitched and put in a different location for my order, but I did not notice. When I arrived to my usual location they did not have my order and it was a mistake on my end. They willingly without question made my order at this location and called the other to cancel it. If that isn’t above and beyond customer service then I don’t know what is. I will forever be a loyal customer to this location!

We are big fans of Five Guys. The staff is great and the food is delicious. The only thing I will say about this particular location is that the music is always super loud, this last time we went we actually asked for the music to be lowered as we could not even hear each other speak.

Usually five guys is good. Today is totally the opposite. My mom ordered online and waited 20 minutes after the time they said jt would be finished. Then we get home and the cold stale fries are overly salted with cajun season like theyve been there since morning time you cant even enjoy them. The burgers were cold and cooked light years ago. The buns were soggy and hard. This is one of the worst experiences and tasted food from a fast food restaurant ever. Spending almost 50 bucks and this is the quality food you receive. I understand due to the pandemic things arent going to be perfect but it shouldn’t be this bad. Im forced to eat something else because i cant even enjoy my food.
