Food and employees were excellent like most five guys. Prices have gotten way out of hand. Ordered the huge Cajun fries and got half the volume of what I usually get. I’m close to cutting five guys as a franchise from my list of frequently visited establishments because of the huge overall mark up on prepared food. Joe Rogan recently mentioned the prices were too high on his podcast. A podcast that he makes sixty million dollars a year from. Let that sink in.

Its our first time at a Five Guys. So we didnt know that theyre kind of expensive and dont do combo meals. But the burger and fries my friend got, they said they are really good, and my fries and soda are good as well. They have one of those soda machine remix thingies with all the options, and the three dudes working currently are really awesome. Matt, Tim, and Jacob are the men working. They have been very professional and helpful and kind. They are a wonderful crew!

Great fries and fresh burgers. For a burger joint, I think it’s tough to beat 5 guys. We usually order ahead with the app and they always wait until we arrive to drop the fries. Fresh food and friendly service.

We eat here quite often whenever we’re in town visiting our daughter at VT. The food is always delicious. My only complaint is that I think they cook the fries a smidge too long compared to other five guys restaurants we’ve eaten at. They tend to taste a little burnt and crispy. That said, we got food there on Wednesday night and I asked them to cook the fries just a little less. Brody was more than happy to oblige. The fries were absolutely perfect this time (thanks to Brody) as was the rest of our meal. Our cashier was also top notch! He totally knew what he was doing. Incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. When I asked him about the fries, he even told the customer behind me that he’d be right back before he walked over to talk to the fry person. I’d definitely recommend this place 10/10. I will say tho that we all miss the Blacksburg Five Guys. Please bring back the Blacksburg Five Guys.

Five Guys used to be my favorite go-to burger place due to their juicy fresh quality patties. Also the services at this place and the use-to-be Blacksburg branch are always nice and friendly. Their quality hasn’t changed a lot but their price has became insane now. I got it that inflation is making your business harder but how on earth can you charge $20 for a plain burger and a medium fries? I still stop by but much less often than before.

I won the lottery and my friends and family all wanted to celebrate. We knew exactly where we wanted to go. Five guys, because lord knows the only way I could afford to eat here is if I was either a millionaire or loved crippling debt.

We went here because it was close to where we were shopping & couldn’t believe that it cost almost $40 for soggy fries and nothing to em cheeseburgers & 2 med. Sodas. NEVER AGAIN! Waste of my husbands hard earned money! Wendy’s would have been better and affordable!!! So Sad ya’ll think your food is worth what u charge!!!!!! Uugh

21 dollars is too expensive for a Jr bacon cheeseburger, which, by the way, I ordered a Jr cheeseburger, not bacon. Small fry and reg drink. The lady taking our order was just not paying attention. The novelty of 5 guys has worn off, unfortunately.
