Called in my order and it was ready when I got there. They fixed the fries then, though, so they would be fresh. Employees were very friendly, more so than most other chain restaurants. I was impressed with that. I hadn’t been to a Five Guys before, but I will be back. I like the fact that they have peanuts for anyone to have as well.

This may not be everyone’s experience- but we sat outside- you can’t hear your order # being called outside, they missed ingredients on our order, we found a hair on 1 of our burgers. The MOD gave us a new burger and refunded our $- but then, left the remade burger on the counter, and got the ingredients incorrect on the remake burger. Barely an apology- just no real sense of urgency to please the customer or keep our business. Yet another example that a higher hourly rate doesn’t necessarily produce a higher quality of work. And cc at $27 for 2 to eat lunch ( we shared FF & a drink) this is a chance we won’t take again in the future- here or any other location.

Did you know you can get a grilled cheese and add a patty to it with toppings? Well my boyfriend found out on tik tok and let me tell you… it is delicious. I got grilled cheese with 1 patty, mushrooms and onions. It may be even better than a regular burger, which I didn’t think was possible. Highly recommend, and the guy taking our order was really cool too. 5 guys is always a hit!

Took my daughters here on a date last night – their first 5 Guys experience. They LOVED getting an entire bag full of fries! We topped things off with a delicious Oreo milkshake. I hadn’t been here in several years and my burger just wasn’t quite what I remembered. It was a little on the dry side, though the fries were hot and delicious.

Place was clean and the staff was very nice. The food was good not great very over priced. We had two burgers, two drinks and shared fries $35 later. We continue to visit cause it’s close to home but I think next time we will just keep driving downtown and have a better meal.

Great Burgers here if you like them greasy! You can load them up with your favorite toppings. A regular is a double and a junior one is a single Patty. Medium fries is enough for 2! Great seasoning on everything but I think its a bit expensive. Self serve drinks, free peanuts! Not bad for a quick bite!

Great place and hamburgers. This is the best five guys in Winston, the guys and girls that work their provide excellent service and cook amazing food. If you want a classic burger this five guys is the place. I have been constantly going to this one for over three years and it’s super rare that anything is wrong or bad here.
