This place is absolutely amazing! It’s my wife and I’s favorite burger joint. If we want just a snack, we will split a burger and fries. It can’t be beat. Hands down best burger place around. Wishing they would open a location out closer to us in youngsville, but it’s well worth the drive to wherever you have to to get a 5 guys burger. Makes me hungry again just typing about it.

They have 100% cleanness rating on the wall and a lot of flies in the kitchen landing on the food during the preparation. It is not ok to have insects in the kitchen if you charge 10.20 for a hamburger.

I recently visited Five Guys and had an amazing experience. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. But the real stars of the show were the peanuts and fries! The peanuts are served fresh and are the perfect salty snack to munch on while you wait for your order. And the fries – oh my goodness, the fries! They are always perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with just the right amount of salt. Plus, the portion sizes are incredibly generous, so you’ll never leave feeling hungry. Overall, I highly recommend Five Guys, especially if you’re a fan of delicious, fresh peanuts and mouth-watering fries

What’s not to love, the food is awesome and the employees are friendly and courteous. The fries are delicious, a nice balance between crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and of course fresh! The burgers are juicy and mouth watering. The options for sides are amazing, especially since they are all included, mix and match at it’s finest. The portions are ridiculous, in a good way, it’s a challenge just to finish off the small fry, but, somehow I’ve always been able to do it!

We are frequent customers. Today I’m removing a star to my score due to a very negative experience we had. We ordered the usual (two burgers, fries and drinks). This time we got a smaller size fries, which is not that important really compared to what we found at the bottom of the tea cup. I was probably more than half way through my tea when I noticed something in the bottom of the cup. We emptied the cup some more to have a better look and it was really disgusting. I don’t even know what it was but it was definitely an animal. We told the manager who wasn’t very surprised and offered a bottled drink instead. I know building trust takes a while and just one single experience may bring it down. We’ll continue to buy from 5 guys, maybe now just from a different location.

A more expensive burger place than you’d expect it to be for how greasy and sloppy the burgers are. The fries are only good if you eat them IMMEDIATELY otherwise they are a greasy soggy flavorless mess.
