The kid taking orders who talks like a Renaissance fair town crier makes me regret going in. It’s cute for 15 seconds but gets belligerent and unbearable really quickly. There’s no way he can’t tell it makes people uncomfortable. Other patrons were cringing as well. It’s borderline hostile. Can’t imagine how his coworkers deal with it.

Excellent experience, super friendly staff. Order was completed quickly. Staff even offered us a free drink because they thought we were waiting to long, and it definitely was not the case. Also a very clean store, most restaurants of this type have ice skating rinks for floors, not here. I highly recommend this establishment for quality food and a good atmosphere.

we placed an order and they used burger buns for our hot dogs and cut them up funny. they didn’t tell us they did this and when we got home to eat was when we found out. we called the store and they were unapologetic and not helpful at all.

It’s 5 Guys… Always a 5 Star in the burger and fries space. Consistent anywhere you go! I’ve had 5 Guys all over the US and Italy, France, Germany, Netherlands, and it’s always the same. I was in the center of Paris and the longest line of any place for blocks was at Five Guys.
