My 5-star review is not for the burgers, which are too expensive and not as delicious as their competitors. The fries are definitely excellent, they have large portions, the potato are sourced from American farms, and it have excellent quality. If you want to have some great fries, definitely go here, but don’t go for their burgers which are too expensive.

I understand that this is the mall and my expectations for mall food should be low, but there is ZERO excuse for constantly getting a SIMPLE order wrong, or disregarding requests on orders due to “not feeling like it”. If I want a plain burger, I’ll ask for a bacon burger…right..??!?!?..RIGHT. If I wanted cheese on that bacon burger, I’d order a bacon cheeseburger..right….??!?!?..RIGHT. So, to constantly place cheese on a burger, whether due to incompetence or force of habit, is completely unacceptable. There was a point in time where going to Five Guys was something great. Fry portions were respectable. Burgers were juicy. That is a thing of the past. The only thing that has leveled up are the prices. High prices for subpar food.

Ordered regular fries from here and they gave me less fries than even the kids fries at all the other five guys locations I usually get twice the amount of fries, very disappointed with this location.

Usually pretty amazing, this time fries were SO soaked in oil I couldn’t eat them. Been eating 5 guys for 8 years now on a regular basis. This place was junk. What really got me was I was thirsty, always order a regular sized drink. Out of regular sized cups. So was forced to pay for a large drink. Hey look, eat the 20 cents and charge me for a regular if that’s what I ordered. It’s the principal of the matter.
