First time going to 5 guys. Was a little pricey but got blt and Cajun fries. All the fries were pretty much in the bottom of the bag. Bacon was old and crumbly.the only thing fresh were the tomatoes. Will not be returning for 14 bucks for a blt and fries. Very disappointed

Food was great as this was my first time eating at 5 Guys but the workers where so extremely friendly and courteous. This is the only place ilk be coming to when anywhere in this area. I normally only give 4 stars as to me 4 is top of the line but this experience got 5 stars across the board from me!!

Restaurant was clean. Staff was very friendly. As always, food is fresh and excellent. Yes, you pay a little more but this isn’t fast food. It’s good burgers with real meat and fresh fries cooked in peanut oil.

Omg! I’m not a fan of fast food but I F my burgers up! It’s a little pricier then the rest however it’s worth it! I had the bacon cheese burger w fried and a little burger. Ate both of them back to back. That’s how fantastic it were and the Cajun fries are to die for. It a must try people✌

The food was really cooked fresh store was clean. But the employees take the cake everyone of them were super nice greeted people talked to every customer every employee seemed like they really enjoyed there job me and my wife loved it to set down and eat a good hot lunch and see employees ack like every one here did at this Charlotte location we will be back. Meh it’s sooooo slow. They’re always yelling about it being fresh but the burgers are paper thin and cook v quickly I imagine. They have like 4 things so I’m just not buying that it takes 12 minutes to make a burger/fries. Expensive, slow, and similar quality to fast food burgers. I imagine 5 guys won’t be around another 10 years.

Food was delicious and very friendly staff. of course paying $16 for a burger and fries at a fast food joint is a bit much since they don’t have combo meals, so not a place I would frequent on a regular basis but nice treat every now and then. The free peanuts are always a hit.
