This is the first time I’ve come to this location, and the atmosphere was just awesome. Everyone was so kind this evening. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in, and they all had a smile. I love that so much! It’s very rare to see pleasant/nice faces in fast food anymore. I regret not getting their names, so I could get them some acknowledgement. Thank you guys!

Unfortunately this location hasn’t recovered since the pandemic. We keep trying again, but the waits are longer, the restaurant is less clean, and even the food isn’t so good anymore. Second time in a row the cheese isn’t even melting on the burgers. Staffing has been insufficient since COVID and it just doesn’t seem like they can deliver on 5Guys expectations you’d have at any other location.

Not only did I get 20 fries with my little fry order(yes, I counted them), but 10 fries into my tiny fry order, there was a hair in them. GROSS. This place is disgusting and obviously has no sanitation rules. Could not eat the rest of my food based on that disgusting find. Will not be ordering from here ever again.

When you walk in it smells like Heaven. Their milkshakes are perfect. The manager is fantastic, the workers are efficient. I absolutely love coming here! Definitely going to look for reasons to come by here more often!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. My wife ordered 4 cheeseburgers but didn’t order any toppings by mistake. I went in the store and informed them about the mistake and asked for some toppings on each burger. The lady assured me that she will add those toppings. But when I got home there were no toppings. I would have understood if they told me that no more toppings can be added. But they promised and then made a fool out of me.

The quality at this location is on a downward spiral. Ordered food today, and the first thing I noticed was there was no cup for my fries – just a handful thrown into the bag. Looked past it, because no big deal. THEN I get to the last piece of my burger and noticed a hair in the onions! No excusing this.

You can never go wrong with a Five Guys meal! My Fries… just a little too over cooked, but still ok to eat without complaining. But it was lunch and they were busy so some exceptions are to be made. My bacon cheeseburger was awesome. Coke machines are always fun to use. Many ways to drink a soda. Nice people with friendly service. But did notice a table was messy at the door. It stayed that way for a bit too long. Otherwise… pretty clean. Food was fast. AND! This Five Guys has a outside dinning area with an awning. Very nice! I ate my lunch today out there. Was fabulous. Pretty good music too.
