This is my first time eating at this location. I ordered lunch for pickup. A bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo, ketchup and mustard. An order of fries and Oreo cookie milkshake. Everything was packaged nicely and the bag was loaded with fresh fries. The fries were lightly salted and the burger was juicy and loaded with cheese. The food is pricey here but, it’s worth it. I would recommend coming here.

First time trying Five Guys, i heard from lots of people about the load of fries and size burger you get and everything was exactly true. I got a bag loaded with lots of fries and a loaded cheeseburger. Didn’t expect that much of cheese lol but everything was definitively worth the try. Plus I ordered through a food service delivery and i got my food faster than most places , delivered home.

Cleanliness and service took a dive since they closed the one across from the Harris Teeter. Most tables had crumbs, drink spots, or peanut crumbs. It took 5 minutes to get the little ketchup containers from when I asked. No sweet tea. Checkout person charged for a fountain drink when i specifically stated I just wanted water. And the prices have gone up by at least per burger.

My husband and I go here every so often and have never had a problem until today. I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger and he got a Bacon cheeseburger. They accidentally switched the toppings around, meaning he got my toppings and I received his. No biggie we walked back inside and I told the cashier that our toppings were switched around and tried to give him back the full bag of food. He did not take it and told the cooks what happened. He told me it would be remade and I again tried to give back the food to which he stated to keep it. We weren’t going to eat it instead just throw it away. My husband heard one of the guys mention that we wanted free food. That wasn’t true we just wanted them made right since I don’t like the toppings my husband picked and he doesn’t like mayo. Well they made the burgers again and by now obviously the fries are cold so they were definitely going in the trash as well. They give us the burgers and my husband asked if we could have hot fries and the guy in the black apron said sure they had plenty fries but the guy in the red apron said but you already have fries and my husband said yea but they are cold. He told them we were not keeping the food we were throwing it away and when they all looked my way I showed them the bag going in the trash. He rolled his eyes at us and turned around. Never had this problem before and not sure why the attitude was given over a simple mistake. We were not angry or rude stuff happens and we were fine with waiting. But due to the behavior of the guy in the red apron and his remarks we are never going back. Just to be clear just because we were wearing sweatpants and slides and I had my braids hanging does not mean we go around getting free food and that comment was really rude. We just wanted to be lazy on our day off and it is Saturday. We really just wanted to grab the food and go back home.

$36.55 for 2 Burgers and 2 fries! Not even a drink in there. I think the food was good? I bought it to drop off at a family. They didn’t give a review of the food. I will say, if the food wasn’t so expensive, I would have left a tip for the guy who took my order and handed over my food. His smile was amazing and he was super nice and happy!! The dining area at 3 on a Saturday needed some help and I guess they realized it just after I walked in as an employee was headed for a clean up. The trash was packed full. There were no napkins in the dispenser. The floor could use a sweep. They must have been busy prior to me arriving because 4 customers were waiting for food. I have always loved 5 guys food. The one I used to frequent went out of business. After seeing some online reviews I wasn’t sure if I wanted to order from here but I had no problem with customer service, bad food, or bugs as previous reviews stated. Oh ya! Please give the guy on the register and to go on Saturday July 17 at 3pm a raise!! His smile!!

I had the Grilled Cheese Cheesburger & added bacon. It was absolutely delicious. Five Guys are one of my guilty pleasures that go to from time to time. This must be one of my favorite burgers from there. The fries are always on point & the peanuts are something I snack on. No issues or problems with this restaurant.

I love five guys burgers. The only fast food place I will ever order a burger. My only 2 complaints are 1: they no longer fill the bag with all the fires, and 2: the prices are crazy. 2 bacon burgers, 2 small fries and 1 small soda was over $40. The food is fantastic but prices… ouch.
