I usually love five guys but ordering here was a nightmare, instead of guiding me through the menu, I was told “we don’t do that” multiple times and was not prompted for what toppings I wanted for one of my sandwiches. Ended up with a plain cheeseburger because of the inability to guide a customer through the ordering process. I’ll resubmit a review next time I return if anything different. If you go here make sure you know exactly what you want and don’t need assistance. Terrible customer service here.

The burger and fries were good. Two small cheeseburger (vs regular) and a small fries. No drinks! Then a suggestion of tip to the person taking the order. Over $30 total bill. I know that I am old but our country has gone nuts. So sorry for people struggling.

It’s a Five guys. It’s was great. Seemed to be a well trained staff. They were extremely personable. The restaurant needed swept and put back together. Understandable it was near the end of the night.

Five Guys is super good. It’s fresh, clean and staff is very nice! The little burger is the perfect size. Fries are amazing, hot, fresh and plenty. Love the peanuts and the milkshakes are a must. They had a fundraiser for a local elementary school PTA on this night. Giving back is what it’s all about!

Well I never ate at Five Guys first time and was expecting it to be good, but that was disappointing at least the burger was good but the fries omg there burnt either change grease more often or don’t cook them to long now this is coming from someone that use to be an Assistant manager at Sonic Drive in and McDonald’s in Whiteville nc, Thank you and my first visit wasn’t great
